I see your point. Nuclear weapons are just a product of the "deterrence" policy previous to the Cold War, meaning in simple terms "Attack me, and you will be destroyed". The problem started when the U.S.S.R. built theirs, and later on China. So the posture of the countries was to use the nuclear menace to prevent an attack. I bet none of these countries have any serious intention of using them, knowing the consequences for the world. But the rogue states have nothing to lose, so they might.

Food why the hell should we give out food, Not my problem they dont have food, what we should do is spade or neuter all individuals of these countries after they have 2 children since we cant stop them from reproducing so damn much. Limit the mouths to feed you will have food or just get a damn job.

While i'm quite liberal about most things, I don't think Africa is a worthy cause. $400 million of US aid was given to one frican nation, but the government kept all of it locked in a warehouse, from where they could extort those it was intended for. We can give all the money we like to Africa, but it will only end up being used to prop up the corrupt officials.
