I can buy that Bill is whiter in the face because he wears makeup, but comparing the bodies of both Tom and Bill, Tom has some natural color to his skin while Bill looks seriously anemic!! I don't think he's too thin, but he is thinner than usual.
What would cause such sever anemia? He and Tom probably have the same diet.
