I like a few Hall & Oates songs but I was never a big fan of their commercial songs. What did attract me to them is Daryl has that " Blue Eyed Soul" voice. He actually took vocal lessons from Todd Rundgren and it shows. I really dig this jazzy soul tune. Thanx for posting this as it depicts Daryl's talent potential. 5 Stars for this one.

actually todd learned some singing tech from daryl during war babies..todds voice did not have the stamina that he developed after that album.2 different styles yet sound so simular. daryl has said that when you sing with todd you begin to sing like him.

Daryl's "Live at Daryl's House" is an awesome and innovative idea. Too bad we can't get an artist like Steve Perry to come out of retirement and do the same. Another great soulful voice that could get together with other talents. Awesome job Daryl - and he looks great too. He aint no spring chicken you know!
