This was a German-executed project, to re-make the first Benz, so you know it was done right.
The Darracq looks like a steel frame with bicycle wheels and a huge cast iron V8 in front. How they dared driving it 120mph on a beach in 1904 I will never understan.
it's quite cool how much amazing historic cars they have there 8)
but it´s not the first car
the first car is Cugnot 1769
